Location and comfort were perfect and I enjoyed it.

My stay was very comfortable for a long time. I liked the room with outside bathroom, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Incredible and marvellous location, within walking distance of Rb Gallery.

Everything was great, but we stayed for 1 night only. This hotel had a very central position close to the town centre. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby The Fat Badger Grill. We enjoyed our really amazing stay there a lot.

Fabulous 4 star hotel with efficient staff and savoury breakfast. Decent location in the centre of Harrogate, and 10 minute walk from Rb Gallery.

Everything was very clean, we had a really good experience. Compact, warm room and attentive staff. Had a natural lighting.

It was clean, and I loved ideal staff and location. The pretty good onsite restaurant had lots of food.

I enjoyed the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING staff and fine breakfasts. Room was luxury, the pool was nice. Downstairs bar was exquisite! Service was amazing too. This seaside hotel was worth a visit, exceptional value.

Considering other options in Harrogate this one is exceptional value. It is an air-conditioned place - 5 minutes' walk to the downtown.

The breakfast was tasty, the staff was affable, the grounds were clean. I loved having an iron, an electronic key card and a TV set. Good service throughout my stay. There were free internet and overnight parking available. Fab location at a medium distance from Royal Hall.

The breakfast was satisfactory, the personnel was pleasant, the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed that the room was spotless and had an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and a work desk. The staff created a cosy atmosphere. The location was excellent, near centre, all central bars, restaurants. Besides, you could visit harrogate turkish baths.

Liked almost every detail, including staff and location, they were nice! The bedroom was comfy, and the bed was comfy.

The location was great and beds were amazing. I got free upgrade and liked it. The hotel's staff was caring, were more than helpful with any request. A huge variety of great food at breakfast time. The beach nearby was beautiful and the view was delightful. Terrific service too.

Location is handy, staff is outstanding. Location just next door to the town centre and Harrogate.

There were impressive location and staff, it worked well for me. I liked a delightful decor and elegant furniture. You could walk to the shops and a market.

Absolutely amazing stay in a well appointed hotel. Everything was modern and spotless, I liked staff and location. The bed was big and it was great having air conditioning, coffee and hairdryer. Fast check in and late check out.

Cosy place to stay while in Harrogate. Food was brilliant and beds were lovely. Enjoyed that we had central heating, ironing facilities and a study table in the cosy double room. Excellent cuisine.

We really enjoyed almost everything, including drinks and rooms. Owner was lovely. A good choice of food at breakfast, such as tea, coffee and cereal👍

Loyal staff, nice bar. We went to Quantro Restaurant, located right next to, to have some dinner. The hotel created a lovely environment...
